Strawberry Moonshine Jam is a natural paired with biscuits….so much so we created a Strawberry Shortcake recipe using biscuits instead of sponge cake! Perfect for jam bars, ice cream toppings, and jam cocktails! We love Strawberry Moonshine Jam in and on muffins! Our grill master uses strawberry jam as a meat glaze, especially on chicken or pork.

Grandpa was a strawberry growing expert. The original Friends Drift Inn restaurant often had strawberries on the menu. We are a bit strawberry obsessed! In addition to Strawberry Moonshine Jam you can order Strawberry Rhubarb Jam and Strawberry Jalapeno Jam.
