Entrees are the main attraction.  Savory and satisfying, we focus on protein rich main courses.

• Chicken, Beef and Pork are our main focus.
• In Appalachia, we love vegetable plates and vegetable based soups.  We will be adding vegetable based entrees in the coming months.
•  Yes, we will get around to pasta too.
• Our recipes feature simple directions, nutrition information, serving suggestions, food and drink pairings, food safety tips, and a smattering of Appalachian food culture including agricultural practices and food history.
